The Story Behind the $5

When we started ROAD, we made one decision early that shaped everything else: $5 from every sale goes to a cause. Not from profits. Not when we hit a milestone. From every sale, starting with the first one.

Why $5?

We wanted giving to be real, not symbolic. Five dollars is a number that adds up. If we sell 200 units, that's $1,000 going somewhere that matters. If we sell 10,000, that's $50,000. The model scales with the brand, and the impact scales with it.

We also wanted it built into the price — not hidden, not extracted from somewhere else. When you buy a ROAD piece, you know the $5 is in there. It's part of what you're paying for.

Where the Money Goes

  • The National Park Fund — supported by the Yeti collection. Protecting and preserving America's public lands for future generations.
  • The Last Prisoner Project — supported by our Black Flag and Koko Clown collections. Fighting for people still incarcerated for cannabis offenses that have since been legalized in most of the country.

These aren't random charities. They connect directly to what the products represent. The Yeti is about the wild, the preserved. The Last Prisoner Project is about justice and the people left behind when the laws changed but the cages didn't open.

What Rebirth Means to Us

The name Rebirth of a Dream is about second chances — for people, for communities, for the land. The $5 is how that statement becomes action. Every piece you buy from ROAD is part of that. Not just a shirt. A contribution to something that matters.
