Shipping

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. Pre-orders ship by the date listed in that product's description.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email info@rebirthofadream.com to start one. If accepted, we send you a return shipping label. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

How do exchanges work?

Return the item you have, then place a separate order for the one you want. That is the fastest way to get the right size before it sells out.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know if it was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Inspect your order when it arrives and email us right away. We will make it right.

Sizing and care

How do your pieces fit?

Most of our tees and hoodies are cut oversized. See the size guide for measurements, or email us and we will measure the exact piece for you.

How should I wash it?

Wash cold, hang dry. Our garment dyed pieces hold their color far better this way, and heavyweight cotton keeps its shape.

Impact

Where does the $5 go?

Every piece sold sends $5 to one of our nonprofit partners, working across criminal justice, homelessness, conservation, education, healthcare, economic opportunity, and children's welfare. Read more on Our Impact.

Is it a percentage or a fixed amount?

Fixed. $5 per item, built into the price. Not a percentage of profit, not a pledge.

Product

Where is it made?

Many of our pieces are made entirely in the USA, from cotton seed to finished garment, and printed by workers paid a living wage. Each product description lists its own construction details.

Will sold out pieces come back?

Some pieces are one of one and will not be restocked. Others return in future drops. Email us about a specific piece and we will tell you straight.
