These towels are inspired by the peace of mind that I find near bodies of water. I was particularly drawn to the paradoxical idea of still water and how even though water may appear tranquil, it is always in a constant state of motion. The color palette is inspired by alpine lakes and their transitions between turquoise, indigo, and scarlet shades. Two out of the three towels were sold to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for the First Nations Cultural Landscape Tour, recognizing indigenous history on campus.
